Homosexuality and God

Whatever anyone might say and try to bend the truth, the bible is the Word of God and the bile state unequivocally that homosexuality is not only a sin but a human perversion and vile passion. Here are those scriptures and they speak for themselves. These are from the New Testament.

Romans 1:25-27

" 25who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

26For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. "

1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, [ That is, catamites] nor sodomites,
1 Timothy 1:10
for fornicators, for
sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine,

2 Peter 2:6-8 (New King James Version)

6and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly; 7and delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked 8(for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds)--

Jude 1:7 (New King James Version)

7as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Now whilst people trying to bend the truth to suit their own means may argue all sorts of inane arguments it is clear by these scriptures alone that God is not in favour of homosexuality or any other kind of sexually immoral or perverted practise. People who try to point out these scriptures mean otherwise will suffer the due consequence of their actions. The bible is the Word of God and does not change, though men may change.

No may continue to practise sexual immorality or homosexuality and also be a Christian either

1 Corinthians 5:9-11 (New King James Version)

9I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. 10Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 11But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner--not even to eat with such a person.

Not even to eat with such a person... re-iterates the gravity of this " practised sin".

Whilst many generations of mankind can throw out the bible from their thinking it continues to be the foundational book of all Christians and never changes. It talks about homosexuality being sexual immorality. Whilst in our present spiritual climate liberalism excuses these behaviours under God's rule this is not excepted. It does not require a democratic vote to make it the word of God. It exists as the Word of God outside of democracy.

One billion Catholics and 800 Islamic followers and millions of protestant evangelical believers such as Baptists, charismatics, faith churches, and all born again churches, also take this same view as do many religions outside of these in the world today believe this same thing. In Islam you are executed for being this kind of pervert. In Christ there is forgiveness but not excuse. God judges all sin and his grace demands that we turn away from all ungodliness.

Titus 2:11-13
11For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ,

So it is abundantly clear that by these simple scriptures alone we can see the will of God in this matter. We can easily go into all sorts of commentaries and Greek and Hebrews words but there is no need. Also we are not bending God's truth merely observing it.
